Mumbai thunderstorms : नवी मुंबई और ठाणे के आस-पास के इलाकों में बेमौसम बारिश ने कोहराम मचाया। धूल भरी आंधी के साथ भारी बारिश हुई है। इसके चलते दिन में मुंबई के कई हिस्सों में अंधेरा छाया रहा। कुछ जगहों पर 50-60 किमी प्रति घंटे की रफ्तार से हवाएं चल रही हैं। नतीजा ये हुआ कि कुछ जगहों पर होर्डिंग गिर गए और सड़कों के आसपास लगे पेड़ उखड़ गए। घाटकोपर में गिरे बड़े होर्डिंग के नीचे कई लोगों के फंसे होने की आशंका जताई जा रही है और तीन लोगों की मौत हो गई है। इस तरह की बारिश मुंबई में मई महीने में देखने को नहीं मिली थी। इसके साथ ही तेज धूल भरी आंधी चली, जिससे दिन में ही रात सा नजारा दिखने लगा।

बारिश होने की वजह से मुंबई और उसके आसपास के इलाके के निवासियों को गर्मी से राहत मिली है, लेकिन महानगर का आसमान धूल भरी हवाओं से घिरा रहा। आपदा प्रबंधन, फायर बिग्रेड, स्वास्थ्य विभाग और संबंधित एजेंसियों को अलर्ट कर दिया गया है और लोगों को घर से बाहर निकलते समय सावधानियां बरतने की सलाह दी गई है।

मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे ने स्थिति का जायजा लेकर जरूरी निर्देश दिए हैं । उन्होेंने आगे कहा कि घायलों के इलाज का खर्चा सरकार द्वारा किया जाएगा तथा मृतकों के परिजनों को मुख्यमंत्री सहायता निधि से 5 लाख रुपए का मुआवजा दिया जाएगा। आप सभी सतर्क रहें और अपनी सुरक्षा का ध्यान रखें।

प्राप्त खबरों के अनुसार, मुंबई के वडाला इलाके में श्री जी टावर बिल्डिंग में लगी होर्डिंग गिरने से नीचे खड़ी कार दब गई। ये घटना वडाला के बरकत अली नाके के पास की है। करीब 57 लोग फंसे हुए लोगों को बाहर निकाला गया है जिनको अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है। जानकारी के मुताबिक, होर्डिंग के नीचे दो गाड़ियां दबी गईं। मौके पर मौजूद लोग उन गाड़ियों को निकालने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। पेट्रोल पंप पर होर्डिंग गिरने से 100 से अधिक लोग फंस गए थे।

यह तीसरी बार है जब अजय राय लोकसभा चुनाव में पीएम मोदी का सामना करेंगे। 2019 के लोकसभा चुनावों में, पीएम मोदी ने 6,74,664 से अधिक वोटों के साथ सीट जीती और 63.6 प्रतिशत वोट शेयर हासिल किया था।

 Accident in Andhra Pradesh:आंध्र प्रदेश के बापटला जिले में हैदराबाद-विजयवाड़ा राजमार्ग पर बुधवार (15 मई) सुबह एक भीषण सड़क दुर्घटना हुई, जिसमें छह लोगों की मौत हो गई। तेलंगाना की राजधानी बापट्ला से हैदराबाद जा रही एक बस ट्रक से टकरा गई, जिससे छह लोगों की जलकर मौत हो गई. सड़क दुर्घटना के परिणामस्वरूप, 32 लोग घायल हो गए और उनका इलाज सरकारी अस्पताल में किया जा रहा है।

दक्षिणी राज्य की इस घटना का एक वीडियो भी सामने आया है, जिसमें एक बस में आग लगती दिख रही है. टक्कर से लगी आग इतनी भीषण थी कि बस और ट्रक पूरी तरह जलकर खाक हो गए। आग की लपटें बहुत ऊंची उठती हैं. एक अन्य वीडियो में अग्निशामकों को आग बुझाते हुए भी दिखाया गया है। आरोप है कि लोग बापटला से मतदान कर लौट रहे थे.

हादसे के वक्त बस में 42 लोग सवार थे

दरअसल, एक निजी बस बापटला जिले के चिन्नागंजम से हैदराबाद जा रही थी। इसके बाद बस हैदराबाद-विजयवाड़ा राजमार्ग पर चिलकलुरिपेट मंडल के पास एक ट्रक से टकरा गई। हादसे के तुरंत बाद दोनों कारों में आग लग गई. पीड़ितों ने बताया कि हादसे के वक्त बस में 42 लोग सवार थे। एक भीषण हाईवे हादसे में एक ट्रक और बस ड्राइवर की मौत हो गई. बस में सवार चार और लोगों की मौत हो गई.

मृतकों में आठ साल की एक बच्ची भी शामिल है

सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में मारे गये लोगों की जानकारी भी हुई. मृतक बापट्ला इलाके के रहने वाले थे. मृतकों में 35 वर्षीय अंजी बस चालक, 65 वर्षीय उप्पागुंडुर काशी, 55 वर्षीय उप्पागुंडुर लक्ष्मी और आठ साल की बच्ची मुप्पाराजू ख्याति सासरी शामिल हैं। बाकी दो लोगों के बारे में अभी जानकारी सामने नहीं आई है.

दुर्घटना के परिणामस्वरूप, 32 लोग घायल हो गए। पीड़ितों को चिलकलुरिपेट सिटी सरकारी अस्पताल में प्राथमिक उपचार प्रदान किया गया। फिर उन्हें बेहतर इलाज के लिए गुंटूर स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया। घटना की जानकारी पुलिस को मिली.

Amidst the Lok Sabha elections, Union Minister Giriraj Singh made a big attack on Congress. Giriraj Singh said, this time Congress will get less than 40 seats. Their agenda is to establish Muslims. Giriraj Singh said, “Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi are going to run away from the country… They have no love for the country. This time they will get fewer seats than last time and they will run away from India. Congress will get less than 40 seats. Giriraj Singh also targeted Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and said that his face is corrupt.

He said, ever since Rahul Gandhi and Tukde Tukde gang came, PM Modi has been attacked so much. They are not able to digest how the poor’s son became PM. The more times PM Modi is being abused, the stronger he is coming out. The more he is abused, the more he is loved by the public. PM Modi gave the right answer to Farooq Abdullah. Farooq was saying that Pakistan did not wear bangles, Modi ji said that he will make Pakistan also wear bangles.

Giriraj Singh said, Congress will be at the lowest position in this election. This time he will not even get the post of Leader of the Opposition.

The summer vacation of Supreme Court judges is starting from 20th May and the court will open again on 8th July. That means the court will remain closed for 48 days. There has been a debate going on for a long time regarding these holidays of judges, on which Chief Justice DY Chandrachud and Supreme Court Judge Bhushan Ramakrishna Gavai have also reacted. He says that people are seeing these holidays, but they do not see that judges do not even get weekly off. CJI Chandrachud said, ‘Our district judges do not take a single day off, they have to do legal camps and administrative work.’ Justice Gavai had also told that judges write judgments even during summer vacations.

In the year 2022, the then Law Minister Kiren Rijiju had said that people feel that long holidays can cause problems to those who are waiting for justice in cases. He said that it is his responsibility and duty to convey this message to the judiciary.

When are the courts closed? Apart from the summer vacations, the courts take a one-week holiday each on Dussehra and Diwali and remain closed for two weeks in late December. This schedule of holidays has been running since the time of British rule, which has been criticized many times. The summer vacations of the Supreme Court start from the end of May and continue till July.

Many times, regarding long holidays, it was also told by the lawyers and judges that this is a profession in which one has to work for many hours. After working in the court, one has to go home and study the case, read the arguments of the previous hearings and then prepare for the hearing the next day. In such situations, holidays are required. If we look at the schedule of judges, they work at least 10 hours a day. After working in the court from 10.30 am to 4 pm, they have to study cases, read arguments and prepare for the next day’s hearing. Justice Bhushan Ramakrishna Gavai had told that when judges go on holidays, they also write judgments.

There is also a debate regarding the leave of judges that when the session is going on, judges cannot take leave like other working professionals. That is, the way professionals working in other fields take leave for family functions or other programs, judges should not take the same leave. It is important to remember here that in the year 2015, the bench of Justice Deepak Mishra and Justice Prafulla Pant heard the Yakub Menon case at midnight and then went to the court the next day to hear other cases.

Judges have the facility to take leave only in certain cases during the session. Like if there is an emergency in the family or there is a health-related problem. However, he can take leave occasionally for social events.
