The Final Call for UP Police Constable Recruitment 2023

The Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment Board has issued a final reminder for aspirants who have not yet applied for the prestigious position of Constable in the UP Police Force. This is your last chance to be part of a team that ensures law and order in one of India’s largest states. The recruitment process is underway to fill a substantial number of 60,244 constable positions. Applicants are urged to act quickly as the deadline is looming – January 16, 2024. As of now, there has been no announcement extending the application date, nor has there been any official statement on a potential extension. Therefore, it is crucial for interested candidates to complete their applications by the stated deadline.

Eligibility Criteria for Aspiring UP Police Constables

Candidates must fulfill specific educational requirements to be eligible for these positions. It is mandatory to have passed the 10th and 12th standard from a recognized board in India or possess an equivalent qualification as sanctioned by the government. In addition to these basic qualifications, preference will be given to candidates who have either obtained an ‘O’ level certificate in computer from DOEACC/NIELIT Society; served in the Territorial Army for a minimum of two years; or have secured the ‘B’ certificate in the National Cadet Corps (NCC).

Exam Pattern and Selection Process

The selection process includes a written examination which carries a total of 300 marks. The test comprises 150 questions encompassing areas such as General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical & Mental Ability, Mental Aptitude, Intelligence Quotient, and Logical Ability. Each correct answer will earn candidates 2 marks, but be cautious as there is a negative marking system where 0.5 marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer.

Physical Standards for Applicants

Physical requirements vary based on gender and category. Male candidates from General/OBC and SC categories must have a height of at least 168 cm, while ST candidates are given a relaxation with a minimum height of 160 cm. Female candidates from General/OBC/SC categories need to have a minimum height of 152 cm, and for ST candidates, the requirement is 147 cm.

सुधांशु त्रिवेदी कहते हैं- हम या हमारी पार्टी उनकी समझ पर सवाल नही उठाती .बल्कि उनकी पार्टी के नेता उनकी कुटिल नीति पर सवाल उठाते हैं और पार्टी छोड़ देते हैं. लोकसभा चुनाव में मिली करारी हार के बाद आप अपने अध्यक्ष पद से इस्तीफ़ा दे देते हैं और फिर आप पीछे से पार्टी का नेतृत्व करते हैं.

The Superiority of LHB Coaches

Crafted with an anti-telescopic design, these coaches are less likely to crumple or pile up in case of an accident. Made from stainless steel, LHB coaches not only have a higher impact resistance in the event of a collision but are also lighter and have an increased carrying capacity. The coupling system in LHB coaches reduces relative motion between them, preventing one coach from mounting another during a crash. These coaches can maintain an average speed of 160 km/h and a top speed of 200 km/h.

ICF Coaches: The Traditional Backbone

Originating from the Integral Coach Factory in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, established in 1952, ICF coaches have been the traditional backbone of Indian Railways for decades. Constructed primarily from iron, these coaches are heavier and have a different braking system compared to LHB coaches. They require more maintenance, resulting in higher expenses for the railway. With a seating capacity of 72 in sleeper classes and 64 in third AC, these coaches are also 1.7 meters shorter than LHB coaches. A significant drawback is their vulnerability in accidents, where coaches tend to telescope. ICF coaches require periodic overhauls every 18 months and have an average speed of 70 km/h and a top speed of 140 km/h.

Lifespan and Utilization of Coaches

The lifespan of coaches is a crucial aspect of railway operations. ICF coaches, made of steel, have a codal life of 25 years, after which they are retired from passenger service. On the other hand, LHB coaches, made of stainless steel, have a longer lifespan of 30 years. This increased durability not only ensures better safety but also makes LHB coaches a more economical option in the long run.

जानें ट्रेन का नाम:

ट्रेन का नाम भाखड़ा-नंगल ट्रेन (Bhakra-Nangal Train) है। यह ट्रेन नंगल से भाखड़ा बांध तक के लिए चलती है। ट्रेन पूरी 13 किलोमीटर की यात्रा करवाती है। ट्रेन में यात्रा के लिए आपको किसी प्रकार का कोई भुगतान नहीं करना होता है। इस ट्रेन में 75 साल से लोग मुफ़्त में सफ़र कर रहे हैं। मूल रूप से इस ट्रेन का इस्‍तेमाल डैम से जुड़े अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों को डैम बांध तक लाने और ले जाने के लिए किया जाता है। हालांकि इस ट्रेन में आम आदमी भी यात्रा कर सकते हैं।

यह ट्रेन भाखड़ा-नंगल बांध तक जाने का एक मात्रा साधन है। भाखड़ा-नंगल बांध दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा बांध है। लोग दूर -दूर से बांध को देखने आते हैं। ट्रेन की शुरुआत 1948 में भाखड़ा-नंगल रेलमार्ग पर सेवा शुरू हुई थी। इस ट्रेन के कोच बेहद खास हैं और इनका निर्माण कराची में हुआ। यह ट्रेन प्रतिदिन प्रति घंटे 18 से 20 गैलन ईंधन का उपयोग करती है। लेकिन आज भी यह ट्रेन यात्रियों को निशुल्क यात्रा करवा रही है।
