Brijbhushan Sharan Singh: लोकसभा चुनाव का शंखनाद हो चुका है। राजनीति के जानकारों का मानना है अबकी बार का चुनाव फेचिदा है। जनता किसको केंद्र की गद्दी पर बैठाना चाहती है इसपर मौन है। वहीं यूपी की चर्चा इस चुनाव में खूब हो रही है। बीजेपी का दावा है यूपी की 80 सींटो पर उनका दबदबा कायम है। पांच सीटे उनके सहयोगी दल तो बाकी की सीटें बीजेपी अपने दम पर जीत रही है। हालांकि इन सबके बीच रायबरेली और कैसरगंज सीट पर प्रत्याशी का नाम घोषित करने की अभी बीजेपी हिम्मत नहीं जुटा पाई है।

80 सीट का दावा करती बीजेपी को दबदबा से लबालभ भरी सीट कैसरगंज के प्रत्याशी का नाम घोषित करने में पसीने छूट रहे हैं। जानकारों का कहना है यह सीट बीजेपी बृजभूषण शरण सिंह की वजह से जीत रही थी। क्षेत्र में उनकी एक अलग पहचान है। जनता उनको अपना प्रतिनिधि मानती है और उनके अलावा किसी को विकल्प के तौर पर नहीं देखती। लेकिन फिर बीजेपी बृजभूषण शरण सिंह को टिकट देने से क्यों कतरा रही है।

क्यों बृजभूषण शरण सिंह के नाम पर हो रहा मंथन:

बृजभूषण शरण सिंह बीजेपी से वर्तमान सांसद हैं। उनको संसदीय क्षेत्र में दबदबा है। कैसरगंज की जनता हर स्थिति में उनका समर्थन करने को तैयार है। लेकिन बृजभूषण शरण सिंह पर लगे यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोप ने बीजेपी को संसय में डाल दिया है। वह अभी महिला पहलवानों के यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोपों का कोर्ट में सामना कर रहे। ऐसे में बीजेपी यह जानती है यदि कैसरगंज से उनका टिकट कन्फर्म होता है तो बीजेपी विपक्ष के निशाने पर आ जाएगी और चुनाव में मोदी सरकार की छवि का निगेटिव प्रभाव भी पड़ सकता है।

कब होगी कैसरगंज के प्रत्याशी की घोषणा:

बृजभूषण शरण सिंह ने कई बार मीडिया के सामने स्पष्ट किया है की उनका टिकट कैसरगंज से कोई नहीं काट सकता। किसी में हिम्मत है तो वह टिकट काट कर दिखा दे। अब ऐसे में एक बात साफ़ है बृजभूषण शरण सिंह को आलाकमान का भय नहीं है। उनको पता है जनता के पक्ष में खड़ी है और जो जिस तरफ से चुनाव लड़ेंगे उधर से उनकी जीत पक्की है।

कई लोग दावा कर रहे हैं। बृजभूषण शरण सिंह का रुख समाजवादी पार्टी अध्यक्ष अखिलेश यादव के प्रति सकारात्मक है। यदि बीजेपी उनका टिकट काटती है तो उनको एक पल भी नहीं लगेगा समाजवादी पार्टी के पक्ष में खड़े होने में और यदि उन्होंने ऐसा किया तो कैसरगंज में बीजेपी का सारा रौब समाप्त हो जाएगा। इसके साथ ही अन्य संसदीय क्षेत्र में इसका प्रभाव देखने को मिलेगा।

हालांकि सूत्र बता रहे हैं। कैसरगंज में नामांकन दाखिल करने की प्रक्रिया भी 26 अप्रैल से शुरू हो चुकी है। इस सीट पर नामांकन की प्रक्रिया तीन मई तक चलेगी. चार मई तक नामांकन पत्रों की जांच की जाएगी और छह मई तक जो प्रत्याशी अपना नाम वापस लेना चाहेंगे, वो वापस ले सकते हैं। ऐसे में उम्मीद है इस चरण के प्रत्याशी का नाम बीजेपी व विपक्ष अंतिम समय में घोषित करेगा।

गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने कहा- दो चरण के चुनाव में बीजेपी के नतीजे साफ़ हैं। हम बड़ी बढ़त के साथ जीत दर्ज कर रहे हैं। दो चरण में बीजेपी 100 सीट पर जीत दर्ज कर रही है। असम, बंगाल, उत्तर प्रदेश, मध्य प्रदेश, राजस्थान, छत्तीसगढ़, उत्तराखंड आदि राज्यों में जनता हमारे पक्ष में खड़ी है। जिस तरह से जनता भाजपा पर विश्वास जता रही है उससे स्पष्ट है 400 पार का लक्ष्य साधना हमारे लिए आसान है। हम बड़ी सफलता के साथ आगे बढ़ रहे हैं। देश के नागरिकों को मोदी की गारंटी पर अटूट विश्वास है।

कांग्रेस फैला रही झूठ:

गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने आगे कहा- जनता का विश्वास बीजेपी है। जनता विकास को चुन रही है। बीजेपी 400 पार का लक्ष्य पार कर रही है। कांग्रेस से स्वयं की हार सही नहीं जा रही। उनकी स्थिति बेहद खराब है जनता ने उनको नकार दिया है। अब वह जनता को भ्रमित कर रहे हैं। उनका कहना है BJP 400 पार करने के बाद संविधान बदल देगी और आरक्षण को समाप्त कर देगी। हालांकि उनके यह सभी दावे निराधर। हैं BJP SC/ST, OBC के आरक्षण की समर्थक है और हमेशा इसके संरक्षक के रूप में अपनी भूमिका निभाएगी।

क्या है जनता के मध्य मोदी की छवि:

पीएम मोदी ने देश हित में कई जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का शुभारम्भ किया और उन योजनाओं का लाभ आम जनता तक पहुंचा। युवा, ग़रीब, महिला और किसान..को केंद्र में रखकर बीजेपी ने अपना चुनावी दांव चला। किसान सम्मान निधि से लेकर उज्ज्वला, आयुष्मान योजना, कन्या सुमंगला योजना ने जनता के दिलों में जगह बनाई और मोदी के प्रति एक सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण डेवलप किया।

राजनीति के जानकारों का मानना है की फ्री राशन से लेकर फ्री सिलेंडर जनता को मुहैया करवाना। किसान सम्मान निधि के माध्यम से सालाना किसानों छः हजार रूपये की आर्थिक मदद प्रदान करना। भले मोदी सरकार की विकास नीति हो लेकिन योजनाओं के लाभार्थियों के लिए उनके प्रति मोदी की कृपा है। योजना के लाभार्थियों को दस वर्ष में यकीन हुआ है की मोदी सरकार ने उनकी समस्याओं को समझा और उनके हित में काम किया है। आज भले ही युवाओं को रोजगार न मिल रहा हो। देश में अमीर-गरीब के मध्य खाई बढ़ी हो। हिन्दू-मुस्लिम नीति ने गली-गली अपना घर बना लिया हो। लेकिन मोदी की योजनाओं ने जनता का ह्रदय जीत बीजेपी का वोट बैंक मजबूत किया है।

अगर हम आज के समय में मोदी की छवि की बात करें। तो जनता के बीच मोदी विकास पुरुष के नाम से विख्यात हैं। जनता को आज विश्वास है की मोदी सरकार उनके हितार्थ में कार्य करेगी। जनता का कहना है मोदी का उन्होंने अन्न खाया है और उनके साथ दगा करना अन्न के साथ दगा करने जैसा होगा। यानी मोदी का एहसान झेल रहा आम आदमी अन्न का कर्ज उतारने का बोझ लिए बीजेपी की तरफ पूर्ण समर्पित हो गया है।

अन्न के बोझ तले दबा विपक्ष:

मोदी की योजनाओं ने आम जनमानस के बीच जहां बीजेपी की छवि गढ़ी है। वहीं विपक्ष की छवि खाऊ पार्टी के रूप में बन गई है। आज जनता के मध्य विपक्ष मानों स्वाहा हो चुका है। मोदी की अन्न योजना ने विपक्ष को सवालों के कटघरे में उतार दिया है और आज जनता विपक्ष को अपना विकल्प समझने से इनकार कर दिया है। आज के समय में स्थिति ऐसी है की यदि जातिय वोट न हो तो विपक्ष शून्य पर सिमट जाए और अन्न का बोझ विपक्ष का अस्तित्व खत्म कर दे।
