कानपुर। उत्तर प्रदेश के कानपुर में दिनदहाड़े दो युवकों का अपहरण कर लिया गया, उन्हें बंधक बनाया गया और लगभग पांच घंटे तक बेरहमी से पीटा गया। अपहरणकर्ताओं ने उन पर पेशाब किया और उनके घावों पर नमक भी छिड़का और उन्हें ब्लोजॉब दिया गया। पुरानी रंजिश के चलते युवकों के साथ अमानवीय व्यवहार किया गया। इस वीभत्स कृत्य को उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस के एक सिपाही के बेटे ने अंजाम दिया।

आरोपी की पहचान हिमांशु यादव उर्फ सनी के रूप में हुई है, जो पुलिस कांस्टेबल धर्मेंद्र यादव का बेटा है। उसने अपने साथियों के साथ मिलकर एमसीए के छात्रों का अपहरण कर लिया और करीब पांच घंटे तक उन पर अत्याचार किया और उन्हें पेशाब पिलाया। उन्होंने उन्हें ब्लोजॉब देने की भी कोशिश की. घटना कानपुर के कल्याणपुर थाना क्षेत्र की है. खबर है कि इलाके में सभी लोग हिमांशु यादव उर्फ सन्नी के आतंक से डरे हुए हैं.

पीड़ितों द्वारा अपनी आपबीती सुनाने के वीडियो सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हो रहे हैं और वीडियो में देखा जा सकता है कि उनमें से एक युवक गंभीर रूप से घायल है। उसके पूरे शरीर पर बेल्ट और डंडे से मारे जाने के निशान देखे जा सकते हैं। पीड़ितों में से एक ने अपना परिचय अभिषेक सिंह और दूसरे पीड़ित ने आयुष के रूप में दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि जब वे किसी से मिलने गए थे तो आरोपियों ने उनका अपहरण कर लिया।

इसके बाद वे उन्हें एक सुनसान जगह पर ले गए और उन्हें निर्वस्त्र कर बेरहमी से पीटा। उन्होंने नग्न अवस्था में उनकी पीठ पर कोड़े भी मारे। बेरहमी से पिटाई के बाद जब आयुष की मौत हो गई तो उन्होंने उसके चेहरे पर पेशाब कर दिया। उन्होंने आयुष के कान में छड़ी भी डाली और उसे ब्लोजॉब देने की कोशिश की। उन्होंने अभिषेक को रबर पाइप से पीटा और उसकी छाती पर पेशाब कर दिया।

युवकों ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि प्रताड़ना की जानकारी वे लोग हिमांशु के पिता धर्मेंद्र यादव को दे रहे थे। पीड़ितों को प्रताड़ित करने के बाद धर्मेंद्र यादव को सौंप दिया गया। इसके बाद आरोपियों ने पीड़ितों को उनका सामान लौटाते समय उनका वीडियो बना लिया। काफी देर तक उन्हें पीटने और प्रताड़ित करने के बाद आरोपी उन्हें कार में ले गए और कानपुर में बीच सड़क पर छोड़ दिया।

पीड़ितों द्वारा कल्याणपुर थाने में प्राथमिकी दर्ज करायी गयी है और पुलिस ने मामले में तीन युवकों को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है. पुलिस ने यह भी कहा कि घटना की जांच के बाद आरोपियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जाएगी। यूपी पुलिस कांस्टेबल के खिलाफ जांच शुरू कर दी गई है और पुलिस ने कहा है कि राज्य में गुंडों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी, चाहे वे कोई भी हों। पुलिस ने यह भी कहा कि जरूरत पड़ने पर गुंडा एक्ट के तहत भी कार्रवाई की जायेगी।

Ayodhya Ram temple: 22 जनवरी का दिन भारत के लिए बेहद महत्वपूर्ण है। क्योंकि इस दिन अयोध्या में (Ayodhya Ram temple) राम लला के प्राण प्रतिष्ठा (Ram Mandir consecration) का भव्य कार्यक्रम है। राम लला की प्राण प्रतष्ठिता कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने का निमंत्रण कई दिग्गज हस्तियों समेत विदेश तक भेजा गया है। पीएम मोदी समेत कई बड़े नेता राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम में शामिल होंगे। वही विपक्ष के नेताओं ने राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम में जाने से इनकार कर दिया है। वैसे तो विपक्ष के कई नेता राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम में शामिल नहीं हो रहे हैं लेकिन कांग्रेस के इनकार पर जमकर राजनीति हो रही है। जानकारों का दावा है कांग्रेस ने राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा का निमंत्रण अस्वीकार करके अपनी पीठ पर वार किया है। इससे यूपी में कांग्रेस का कद गिरेगा। वही कई लोग कांग्रेस के इस फैसले को उनकी राजनीतिक रणनीति बता रहे हैं।

क्या है राम मंदिर की रणनीति:

कांग्रेस नेता मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे, अधीर रंजन, सोनिया गांधी को राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने का निमंत्रण दिया गया था। कांग्रेस नेताओं ने कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने से इनकार किया और कहा- प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम अब एक राजनीतिक कार्यक्रम बन गया है। यह कार्यक्रम धार्मिक कम बीजेपी और आरएसएस का कार्यक्रम अधिक लग रहा है। राम से हमारी आस्था है लेकिन किसी अन्य पार्टी के राजनीतिक कार्यक्रम में शामिल होने का कोई औचित्य नहीं है।

वही राजनीतिक विशेषज्ञ का कहना है कि कांग्रेस का राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम में शामिल न होने का मुख्य कारण उनका वोट बैंक और इंडिया गठबंधन है। कांग्रेस जानती है कि उत्तर भारत में कांग्रेस की स्थिति बेहतर नहीं है। दक्षिण में कांग्रेस मजबूत स्थिति में है। अगर कांग्रेस अयोध्या के आयोजित राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम में शामिल होती है तो यूपी में उनकी स्थिति सुधरे या न सुधरे लेकिन दक्षिण में उनकी स्थिति बिगड़ सकती है और इण्डिया गठबंधन के जो कुछ दल राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम से अंतुष्ट हैं उनसे बैर बढ़ेगा।

कांग्रेस का दावा यह भी है कि राम मंदिर प्राण प्रतिष्ठा कार्यक्रम हिन्दू आस्था से अधिक पीएम की छवि बनाने की कवायद में है। वहां धार्मिक कार्यक्रम से अधिक राजनीतिक कार्यक्रम का ताना बाना बुना जा रहा है। वही अगर कांग्रेस के निर्णय पर गौर करें तो इससे स्पष्ट है कांग्रेस विरोधियों के साथ मंच साझा कर अपने वोट बैंक को प्रभावित नहीं करना चाहती है। कांग्रेस जानती है यदि वह कार्यक्रम का हिस्सा बनती है तो उससे उसका वोट बैंक प्रभावित होगा।

कर्नाटक में एक 77 साल की बुजुर्ग महिला को पोस्ट ऑफिस सड़क पर घसीटते हुए जाना पड़ा। महिला की आर्थिक स्थिति ठीक नहीं है। उसकी पेंशन रुकी पड़ी है। बुजुर्ग महिला दिव्यांग है। उसके पास किराए के पैसे नहीं थे। जिसके चलते उसे अपने स्थानीय पोस्ट ऑफिस सड़क पर घसीटते हुए जाना पड़ा। कर्नाटक में कांग्रेस की सरकार है ,महिला की सड़क पर घसिटते हुए पोस्ट ऑफिस जाने की तस्वीरें सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल हुई तो हंगामा मच गया। सरकार और अधिकारियों के मीटिंग हुई। महिला की पेंशन के संदर्भ में त्वरित कार्यवाही कर अधिकारियों ने पेंशन जारी करने के निर्देश दिए।

कौन है बुजुर्ग महिला:

बुजुर्ग महिला का नाम गिरजा है , महिला कर्नाटक के दावणगेरे जिले में हरिहर तालुक में रहती है। गिरजा के बच्चे नहीं है। दिव्यांग होने के कारण वह कोई काम भी नहीं कर सकती हैं। उनका गुजारा पेंशन से ही चलता था। प्रति माह वह दस हजार रूपये पोस्ट ऑफिस से पेंशन पाती थीं। लेकिन बीते दो माह से उनकी पेंशन नहीं आई। वह काफी परेशान थीं। उनका घर चलाना मुश्किल था। गिरजा अपना गुजारा बीते दो माह से पड़ोसियों से ले देकर चला रहीं थीं। कई लोगों से उन्होंने पेंशन के विषय में भी पूंछा। लेकिन कोई कुछ बता नहीं पाया। जब स्थिति गिरजा से नहीं सम्भली तो वह स्वयं पोस्ट ऑफिस अपनी पेंशन के विषय में पता लगाने चल दीं। उनके पास किराए के पैसे नहीं थे तो उन्होंने पोस्ट ऑफिस तक का सफर सड़क पर घसीटते हुए तय करना उचित समझा।

क्या बोले आसपास के लोग:

आसपास के लोगों ने कहा- गिरजा का गुजारा पेंशन से चलता था। दो महीने से जब उनकी पेंशन नहीं आई तो उनकी रोजी रोटी पर मानो अकाल आ गया। उन्होंने कई दिन पड़ोसियों से मदद लेकर अपना खान-पान चलाया तो कई दिन भूखे रहीं। हम लोगों ने पोस्ट ऑफिस में बात की लेकिन पोस्ट मैन ने साफ़ कहा- गिरजा को पोस्ट ऑफिस आना पड़ेगा। तभी कुछ हो पाएगा। अपनी पेंशन मिलने की आस में गिरजा ने पोस्ट ऑफिस जाना उचित समझा।
