Mamata Banerjee: पश्चिम बंगाल की मुख्यमंत्री ममता बनर्जी (Mamata Banerjee) ने बीजेपी पर बरसते हुए कहा- वह लोग सरकारी एजेंसियों का उपयोग कर विपक्ष के नेताओं को परेशान करते हैं। अमित शान पश्चिम बंगाल जाकर उनकी सरकार का नाम खराब करते हैं। जांच एजेंसियों के माध्यम से बीजेपी मेरे परिवार और मंत्रियों को सताती है। जिन राज्यों में चुनाव आ जाता है बीजेपी चुनाव जीतने के लिए एजेंसियों और राज्य की मशीनरी का उपयोग करने में जुट जाती है।
उन्होंने आगे कहा- उनको सिर्फ स्वयं के स्वार्थ से मतलब है। उन्होंने हमारे पर्व को नहीं छोड़ा। माता के पर्व में विघ्न डाला। सुल्तान अहमद को जब जाँच एजेंसियों का नोटिस मिला तो उनकी मौत हो गई। ज्योतिप्रिय मलिक काफी बीमार है। उनकी हालत स्थिर नहीं हुई और अगर उनको कुछ हुआ तो हम बीजेपी के खिलाफ तहरीर दर्ज करवाएंगे। बीजेपी के लोग प्राइवेट पार्ट को टॉर्चर करते हैं ताकि उनपर बोलने का दबाव बनाया जा सके।
उन्होंने आगे कहा- बीजेपी ने 100 दिन की स्कीम का फंड रोका हुआ है। अगर उनको लगता है कुछ अनैतिक हो रहा है तो जाँच करके उसे सामने लाएं उसे रोकने का औचित्य है। जब देश आजाद हुआ तो उसमें बीजेपी की कोई भूमिका नहीं थी। न तब बीजेपी का जन्म हुआ था। ज्यादातर क्रांति वीर बंगाल से थे। बीजेपी आज सबको जेल में झोक कर सत्ता पर अपना आधिपत्य चाहती है।

इसके बाद वह विद्या धाम जानकी कुंड अरविंद भाई मफतलाल की समाधि स्थल पर पहुंचकर प्रधानमंत्री अरविंद भाई मफतलाल की समाधि पर श्रद्धा सुमन अर्पित करने के बाद सुपर स्पेशियलिटी हॉस्पिटल का शुभारंभ किया। इसके बाद प्रधानमंत्री ने अरविंद भाई मफतलाल के नाम से डाक टिकट जारी करने की घोषणा की है।
बता दें कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी चित्रकूट के दौरे में अस्पताल के संस्थापक अरविंद भाई मफतलाल की जयंती के सौ साल पूरे होने पर ही पहुंचे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री अरविंद भाई के कामों से बेहद प्रभावित हैं।
इसके बाद एक सभा को संबोधित करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि चित्रकूट की पावन धरती पर मुझे दोबारा आने का अवसर मिला है। चित्रकूट वह अलौकिक क्षेत्र है, जिसके बारे में संतों ने कहा है चित्रकूट सब दिन बसत, प्रभु, सिय, लखन समेत अर्थात चित्रकूट में प्रभु श्री राम, लक्ष्मण और माता सीता नित्य निवास करते हैं। यहां आने से पहले मुझे रघुवीर मंदिर और रामजानकी मंदिर में दर्शन का भी सौभाग्य मिला।
सभा को संबोधित करने के बाद प्रधानमंत्री तुलसी पीठ में जगतगुरु रामभद्राचार्य से मिलने पहुंचे। यहां पर जगतगुरु की हस्तलिखित तीन पुस्तकों का विमोचन किया। उप्रधानमंत्री ने कहा कि संस्कृत भाषा से कई लोग दुश्मनी रखते हैं। भारतीय संस्कृति को कई बार उखाड़ने के प्रयास किए गए। आज चित्रकूट में पूरे दिन भगवान राम के मंदिरों और संतों के दर्शन हुए यह बेहद सौभाग्य का दिन रहा।

फिलस्तीन के अतिवादी संगठन हमास ने 200 से ज्यादा बंधकों की रिहाई के लिए गाजा में बमबारी रोके जाने और युद्धविराम घोषित किए जाने की शर्त रखी है, जबकि इजरायल ने कहा है कि वह गाजा में बड़े जमीनी हमले की तैयारी कर रहा है। फिलहाल यह कार्रवाई अमेरिका और अरब देशों के अनुरोध से रुकी हुई है। ये देश गाजा में बड़ी संख्या में आमजनों की मौत वास्ता देकर इजरायल से जमीनी कार्रवाई जल्द शुरू न करने के लिए कह रहे हैं। इस बीच गाजा के सीमावर्ती इलाकों में घुसकर इजरायली सेना ने बीती रात और शुक्रवार को भी कुछ घंटे की कार्रवाई की।
गाजा पट्टी में शुक्रवार को भी इजरायली बमबारी जारी रही। इसके चलते वहां पर मरने वालों की कुल संख्या बढ़कर 7,326 हो गई है, जिनमें 3,038 बच्चे हैं। इजरायल की कार्रवाई के जवाब में गाजा से हमास के लड़ाके भी इजरायली शहरों पर राकेट दाग रहे हैं। इजरायल ने कहा है कि उसकी हवाई कार्रवाई में हमास के तीन वरिष्ठ कमांडर मारे गए हैं। इन कमांडरों की इजरायल पर सात अक्टूबर के हमले में प्रमुख भूमिका थी।
हमास के प्रतिनिधिमंडल के सदस्य अबू हामिद ने रूस में कहा है कि सात अक्टूबर को विभिन्न संगठनों द्वारा इजरायल से अगवा किए गए लोगों की गाजा में तलाश के लिए समय चाहिए। इसलिए गाजा में युद्धविराम जरूरी है। उन्होंने कहा है कि अभी तक चार बंधकों को बिना शर्त छोड़ा गया है। इसलिए निर्दोष नागरिकों की रिहाई की हमारी इच्छा पर किसी को संदेह नहीं करना चाहिए। हमास ने कहा कि गाजा में इजरायली बमबारी में आम फलस्तीनी ही नहीं, बंधक भी मारे जा रहे हैं। हाल के दिनों में 50 बंधकों की मौत इस बात का सुबूत है।

बदरुद्दीन अजमल ने कहा- मैंने विश्व भर में अपनी कौम के लोगों का आकलन किया है। हमारी कौम के लोग शिक्षा दे दूरी बनाए रखते हैं। वह उच्च शिक्षा के लिए नहीं जाते। वह मैट्रिक्स की परीक्षा तक पास नहीं करते। इसलिए वह सभी अनैतिक मार्ग पर चलते हैं अपराध को अपनाते हैं। यह सब देखकर मुझे दुःख होता है। वास्तव में मैं चाहता हूँ हमारी कौम के बच्चे शिक्षा से जुड़ें, खूब पढ़ाई करें और नैतिकता के मार्ग को अपनाएं।
उन्होंने आगे कहा- मैंने कई लड़कों को देखा है वह महिलाओं को देखकर गलत बर्ताव करते हैं। उनका जीना दुश्वार कर देते हैं। उन लड़कों को मेरा संदेश है वह अपनी माँ – बहन का स्मरण करें यदि वह ऐसा करेंगे तो वह गलत काम नहीं कर पाएंगे। न उनके मन में गलत विचार आएँगे। हम हर काम के लिए सरकार को गलत नहीं ठहरा सकते। हमें अपने अंदर झांकना होगा। अगर हम अपने अंदर झांकेंगे तो समस्याओं में हो रही बढ़ोतरी पर लगाम लगेगी।
नई दिल्ली। तृणमूल कांग्रेस नेता महुआ मोइत्रा कैश फॉर क्वेरी मामले में आज हंगामा हो गया. तृणमूल कांग्रेस सांसद महुआ मोइत्रा के साथ विपक्षी दलों के सदस्य भी बैठक से बाहर चले गए. विपक्ष के नेताओं ने कहा कि महिला से पर्सनल सवाल पूछे गए इसलिए उन्होंने वॉक आउट किया।
आज संसद की एथिक्स कमेटी के सामने पेश हुईं। बैठक के तरीके पर सवाल उठाते हुए वो बैठक से बाहर निकली और वाकआउट किया। विपक्षी सदस्यों ने कहा कि महुआ मोइत्रा से पूछा गया कि, आप किस समय मिले, किससे कब बात की, किससे होटल में मिलीं। विपक्ष ने कहा कि हमें यह बोला गया कि यह गोपनीय है पर एक सदस्य सारी जानकारी बाहर दे देते हैं। उन्होंने महिला से अनैतिक सवाल पूछे।

मोइत्रा अपने ऊपर लगे आरोपों के सिलसिले में दूसरी बार समन किए जाने के बाद गुरुवार को एथिक्स कमेटी के सामने पेश हुई।
मीडिया रिपोर्टो के अनुसार, कमेटी के सदस्य सही सवाल नहीं पूछ रहे थे। सूत्रों ने बताया कि कमेटी के सदस्यों ने उनसे पूछा कि वह किस दिन, किसके साथ यात्रा कर रही थी, जिसका विपक्षी सांसदों ने विरोध किया।
पूछताछ शुरू होने के तुरंत बाद मोइत्रा को संसदीय एथिक्स कमेटी की बैठक से विपक्षी सांसदों के साथ गुस्से में बाहर निकलते देखा गया। मोइत्रा ने बुधवार को एथिक्स कमेटी को पत्र लिखकर शिकायतकर्ता और सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वकील जय अनंत देहाद्राई और दुबई स्थित व्यवसायी दर्शन हीरानंदानी से जिरह करने की मांग की थी।
एथिक्स कमेटी बीजेपी सांसद दुबे के आरोपों की जांच कर रही है कि मोइत्रा ने बिजनेसमैन हीरानंदानी के कहने पर बिजनेसमैन गौतम अडानी पर लोकसभा में सवाल पूछने के लिए पैसे लिए.पिछले गुरुवार को, दुबे और वकील जय अनंत देहाद्राई ने मोइत्रा के खिलाफ पैनल को ष्मौखिक साक्ष्यष् दिए थे।

कब हो सकती है सीएम की गिरफ्तारी :
कोड ऑफ सिविल प्रोसिजर की धारा 135 के तहत प्रधानमंत्री, केंद्रीय मंत्री, लोकसभा और राज्यसभा के सदस्य, मुख्यमंत्री, विधानसभा और विधान परिषद के सदस्यों को गिरफ्तारी से छूट मिली है। ये छूट सिर्फ सिविल मामलों में है, क्रिमिनल मामलों में नहीं। इस धारा के मुताबिक़ विधान परिषद या विधानसभा के सदस्यों को हिरासत में लिया जाता है। हालांकि इस धारा के मुताबिक किसी भी सदस्य को सत्र शुरू होने। सत्र के दौरान या सत्र खत्म होने के 40 दिन बाद तक गिरफ्तार नहीं किया जा सकता है।
